Refund and Warranty Policy

When you purchase goods from Edward Jones Investment online, you are entitled to expect:
The products you buy are of satisfactory quality.
The goods are fit for all purposes for which they are supplied.
The goods are safe and durable.
When goods come with a written description, they must match that description.
If these conditions are not met, you may be entitled to remedies under U.S. consumer protection laws (and applicable Canadian laws, including Quebec’s consumer protection regulations), such as repair, replacement, or a refund. Please contact us for any refund or warranty requests.

Warranty

Unlike private sales on online marketplaces, most items sold by Edward Jones Investment are covered by our 90-day warranty. This means that if an item becomes defective within 90 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Due to the nature of second-hand goods and the unique history of each item, some products may be exempt from our standard 90-day warranty. Certain items will specify if they are exempt from the standard warranty and, if applicable, what warranty period covers them.
Please note that some items may be sold “as is” or “for parts.” These items are not covered by any Edward Jones Investment warranty for defects outlined in the item’s description at the time of sale.
If you have questions about the warranty applicable to an item, feel free to contact us. This warranty does not replace or exclude any of your rights under U.S. or Canadian consumer laws.

Refunds

There may be times when you need a refund due to an issue with your purchase. Please note that Edward Jones Investment does not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases.
Contact us to request a refund. We may also be able to offer an alternative solution, such as a repair or replacement.
Once we’ve agreed to accept the return, please send the item back to us, including all accessories, to our designated address. Note that any agreed-upon return shipping costs will be reimbursed separately from the refund if a prepaid return label is not provided.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the refund, repair, or replacement. If a refund is issued, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
